Ashok & Ashok Meat Dhaba

Mughlai non-veg delicacies at Ashok & Ashok Meat Dhaba is absolutely delicious.
The food in this place is simply out of this world. It serves one of the most gravy-rich non-vegetarian dishes in the entire city. Their aromatic desi ghee meat non-veg dishes and authentic Lucknawi biryani is simply unparalleled. They have a very limited menu, only 4 items – Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Desi Ghee Meat and Roti.
They serve Mutton only on Wednesdays and Saturdays during afternoon (1 PM to 3 PM). For those who are wondering how much does it cost, food here is cheap and costs only Rs 400 for two people. Remember, the Ashok Meat Dhaba is closed on Tuesday.

Karim’s

Arguably the city’s (Old Delhi) most famous culinary destination. Every true-blooded Delhiite has eaten here. It one of the most iconic and legendary place in Delhi culinary scene. The place serves mouthwatering royal Mughlai food, infact one of the delicious non-veg dishes.

Kallu Nihari

Kallu Nihari is synonymous with Nihari in Delhi. The place is extremely popular in Delhi for its moutwatering, tender Nihari and Paya. It is often credited to serve one of the best and spiciest Niharis in the city. The place serve Nihari in the evenings only, from 5-7 PM.

Changezi Chicken

  • Situated in the middle of Daryaganj market, Changezi Chicken serves super delicious North Indian and Mughlai food. The restaurant is quite popular for their signature dish – Changezi Chicken and Khameeri Roti. Overall, it’s a pocket friendly place to visit if you love food more than the hygiene or ambience. A word of caution, do not confuse it with Changezi (Karol Bagh).
